Each kettle cooked potato chip starts off with the best American grown potatoes, fresh from the field. They are thickly sliced and cooked in small batches with sunflower and/or safflower oil from an original family recipe.
BOULDER CANYON developed a proprietary process that preserves the real potato taste with 22% less fat than other Kettle cooked chips. After they’re cooked, they add carefully selected flavors for a tasty snack experience.
Boulder Canyon believes great taste comes from great ingredients and prides itself on sourcing the best quality, non-GMO ingredients. All ingredients are tested by Boulder Canyon craftsmen at every stage of preparation. Once all standards are met, the chips are packaged in air-tight bags to lock in freshness.
